Recruitment Campaign 

Local authorities, like many organisations, are finding recruitment difficult. ASSIST FM, with the support of The Müller Milk Drop, created a campaign that each local authority could use to try and attract staff.


What was the aim of the campaign 

The campaign’s main aim was to support local authorities by creating a very high profile campaign that people see and can become engaged with. The campaign had to create a drive for people to find out what jobs are available. In results terms we were looking to increase the numbers applying for council jobs and therefore fill the vacancies quickly. We highlighted benefits of working for local authorities and told the story of staff already working for authorities across Scotland.
